The Historic Sharpe House is available for short-term rentals. The charm of this historic Southern home is ideal for smaller business or social gatherings. It is conveniently located next to the Statesville Civic Center and Downtown Statesville amenities.

REGULAR FEES
Per Day (8 am - 11 pm):
All day rental MON - THU $250.00 (plus deposits)
All day rental FRI - SUN $350.00 (plus deposits)
Deposit (non-refundable) $50.00 due at booking (holds date on calendar; applied to rent)
Damage Deposit (refundable) $125.00 (non-alcohol) or $250.00 (alcohol) - due at booking
Additional Day(s): Up to five (5) consecutive dates total per booking

*Any group applying as a Non-profit Organization must be able to provide the Foundation with a copy of their IRS letter of eligibility at the time of booking. The Foundation reserves the right to change or waive any or all of these fees at their discretion.
